In 2025, Keystone will partner with the Indiana State Library, Talking Book and Braille Library Service to bring the KLAS Users' Conference to Indianapolis, Indiana.
The KLAS User' Group planning committees have already been hard at work, and are excited to share more specifics about our second hybrid conference. Now, on to all the details you need to start planning your 2025 KLAS Users' Conference attendance:

- All conference attendees will be able to access the 2025 KLAS Users' Conference Zoom Event via their individual Zoom account credentials after successfully registering for the conference.

Virtual Attendee Registration Deadlines & Prices:
- Virtual Early-bird (before December 18, 2024) = $85 with Early-bird discount
- Virtual Attendee (after December 18, 2024) = $100 per attendee
In-Person Attendee Registration Deadlines & Prices:
- In-Person Early-bird (before December 18, 2024) = $200 with Early-bird discount
- In-Person (December 18, 2024 - February 16, 2025) = $250 per attendee
- In-Person Late (after February 16, 2025) = $300 with late fee
Important Registration Information:
- You must register using the email tied to your Zoom account.

- If your registration payment method is not a credit or debit card, OR your organization is tax-exempt, please email with the ticket type and the email address associated with your Zoom account. We will send you an invoice, and apply the registration to the provided email.
- If you register via the 2025 KLAS Users' Conference Zoom Event using a credit or debit card, Stripe will charge a 2.9% + $.30 per transaction processing fee.
