Keystone is also making headway on API work for NLS Patron Enrollment to handle pending accounts, while Katy continues developing contextual help for the new Web KLAS prototype. Looking ahead, the team’s technical roadmap includes finalizing Keycloak single sign-on integration, upgrading to OpenEdge 12.2.19 for enhanced security, resolving build server caching issues, and continuing work on USPS barcode tracking integration and patron audit reporting.
In addressing user feedback and new business, the committee approved adjustments to the new KLASUsers Suggestion Box form and agreed to investigate giving institutions access to their Zendesk ticket histories.
