WebOPAC Quick Request

Has anyone an issue with the Quick Request on the new WebOPAC? It appears to go through as a rush order but it comes up as a regular request when looking at the Patron records. Is there something different about how they put in a Quick Request or is there another way of asking for a rush?

The Quick Request feature was designed to allow patrons to enter in the numbers patrons wanted to request without requiring them to search for things one at a time. Once the numbers are entered, the titles are listed in the Book Basket. From there, patrons can decide whether to rush a title or not. The number of books that can be rushed is governed by a control file setting.

We can't see any Quick Request option in the new OPAC. How does a patron get to that? or is there a setting we can change to add this ability? Thanks!
