The Library Alerts feature in the new WebOPAC allows you to create customize-able notices to display. These notices can be setup as long term information (e.g. basic help statements or links) or can be set to run for a specified amount of time. Below are some idea for how these can be used, feel free to add additional ideas that your library has used.
