Mitake is developing a session on using statistics to demonstrate your service's impact on users and ways to better serve them. The focus will be on reports that can be generated in-house, and Mitake needs your input on types of statistics to highlight. A couple examples:
• OPAC statistics: Can they be generated in-house and how are they interpreted?
• How many deaf-blind patrons do we have?
• Is there any way to combine statistics from different modules such as serials and patron modules?
