Is there any chance of being able to send an item from the request list to the service queue without needing to re-type the number? We were wondering if this could be done on the request page: clicking on the pencil to modify the record, then in the Type drop down box there could be a choice for service queue added, and when selected the book would be sent to the queue. Thanks.
