Workflow for patrons wanting books intermittently by certain publisher

Hello, KLAS Users!
I have a patron who is interested in any book published by the Naval Institute Press, but wants them spread out over time. There are approximately 38 current DB titles that meet this criterion (if I did my query correctly). Publisher is not a patron preference option, so I'm curious what sort of workflow others have used when encountering a similar scenario. I added two titles to his service queue, and could set a task alert in Outlook to remind me to add more each month, but I'm hoping others have a more automated approach. If you do, please share it!
