This applies to both patron and catalog.

in the "book search" window, can something be done, so that the search looks for the plural of what is typed in?  (ex. I looked for subject - keyword - "saint," and the search results did not include "saints."  - I had to run another search.

A "keyword" search in Book Search does try to match the complete word; this prevents a lot of false hits (things like "Cat" returning "Catch" and "Catacombs" and everything else from that page of the dictionary), but it is a pain for plurals.

If you want to make sure that your search for "saint" returns "saints" (and "sainthood" and so on) as well, you can put an asterisk at the end: "saint*"

Just watch that you aren't putting the asterisk at the end of too common a prefix (like "cat"), or it'll be a lot more bother than running a search for cat, then for cats.
