Would it be possible to get a report that tells us who's been downloading/what they've been downloading?

As an example, I ran a circulation report for a short frame of time, and there's one KLAS ID that had a large number.  I then ran a checkout review screen for the same time frame and there was more than one patron.  Since the checkout review doesn't give quantity, I then had to go to each patron's account's item tab.

Rather than a three-step process, couldn't there be one report that simply says who downloaded what?
