Greetings! I have a few helpful, non-KLAS related links to share.
First, I mentioned the Document Accessibility Toolbar during Q & A at a session at the 2019 KLAS Users Conference. This toolbar helps to format Microsoft Word documents with accessibility in mind. Included features are Headers 1-6, prompts for adding alt-texts when images are added, accessibility checkers, and much more. Additional information and the link to download is located at
www.visionaustralia.org/services/digital...ccessibility-toolbar. I've attached an screenshot of the toolbar.
Second, in the presentation Vanessa Meadows and I did at the 2019 conference on accessible programming, I shared a link to the Wolfner Library Programming webpage. This page is the home of subpages for all our programs, including the early literacy program, book clubs by conference call, and reading programs. The link for these is
www.sos.mo.gov/wolfner/programming. However, we do not yet have information about the upcoming book club kits online yet (should follow after a July, 2019 debut).
Hope these are helpful! And if anyone else has useful links, please share!
