As you are aware, as of October 1, 2024, NLS is requiring that all juvenile patrons have a parental acknowledgement prior to being served. This means that when you are adding new juvenile patrons, you should NOT sign them up for BARD (DDB9) nor give them a machine until you have that acknowledgement in hand.
We can work with you to set things up so you can input the application information but NOT synch with PIMMS until you have everything in place. I'll make a point of checking with you on this as I contact you about the other PIMMS status changes we need to make.
