This is something that I just thought up. We have the RSQueue that works off of the service spread box at the bottom of the profile account.
If a client calls in, or if someone is pulling up accounts, without being in a service queue, and the is something in the service box, maybe something can be done to get the user's attention (highlighting something when the account is pulled up (maybe a button/tab, have an icon appear on the toolbar....). I'm sure nobody clicks on every single tab of clients account, so this will pull their attention to what needs to be done.
Others who make use of the RS Queue: would you want an attention-getting indicator in the header or somewhere to flag that a record has one or more RS Queue Reasons?
