We would like to be able to have a setting to exceed the NS cutoff temporarily, so an order can go out the next day even if it exceeds the limit. We would rather not keep changing the NS cutoff for something that might just be a temporary need - they just need an extra book right now because a book was lost in the mail or they need some extra books while they're on vacation. It is hard to keep track to change it back to the original number, and then we'll receive a call saying that they're getting too many books.
I envision something like what we can do for reserves, where it can go over and above their usual limit.
