Patron - Service Queue - Shuffle

Patrons will often give us lists of book requests over the phone from the Talking Book Topics catalog. The interesting problem we've discovered is that this results in cartridges going out by theme - any mysteries they gave us in order, historical fiction, etc.

It would be lovely to have a "shuffle" function that mixes things up without the librarians having to use the up and down buttons a lot. Maybe you can have the icon be a deck of cards!

Not sure if it's manageable, but the only exception I can think of is multiple books in a series, which ideally would be magically paired together in order.
