To be in compliance with the Pratt-Smoot Act, we are to provide preference to veterans regarding lending of books. We have not determined a way to do this in KLAS. Has anyone else?
If not, I would like KLAS to develop a way to put veterans at the top of the list without overriding their cutoffs.
