When you bring up the magazine subscription list, the cassette version is there along with the digital. Are the cassette codes going to be removed?
Also, when trying to add a digital magazine (not locally produced) I have received a message saying Patron is not active in Medium C. I am not able to add the digital magazine to that patron's file unless I add the Medium C. In order for the patron to receive the magazine, I have to add it to their CMLS file. Is there anyway to make this message stop, so I can add digital magazines?

It seems that your regional added a "4" version of various magazines to accommodate the DB, rather than changing the medium on the "3" code to DB - those are still at C. CMLS will take it because they were allowing either the 3 or the 4. Sadly, CMLS only keeps track of the id that was originally added - so if we merge these, the people who were originally added as POE4 would get a rejection if they were to cancel a POE3.
The quick answer is that you should add the "4" version instead of the "3" version when adding the records to avoid the error. The 3 version needs to be kept around so that if someone who originally subscribed to the magazine on cassette wants to cancel it you have the record in the format that CMLS will accept.
The longer term answer is that we probably need to address magazine cleanup issues ahead of moving to PIMMS.
