How NOT to troubleshoot KLAS

We hope that you don't encounter any trouble when installing KLAS on a new workstation or upgrading to a new version. Most of the time, the process should go smoothly, and we'll keep working to make it easier and more reliable than ever.

However, if an issue does crop up, please do not uninstall! Call KLAS Customer Support instead!

Uninstalling and reinstalling is a classic IT troubleshooting procedure, and for many programs it is likely to help. However, for KLAS, this is much more likely to cause additional problems, and very unlikely to fix the original problem. Again, we hope that no troubleshooting is needed, but the next time you are installing KLAS or asking your IT to install it for you, remember: Call first and let us do the troubleshooting B)
