When a school keeps items over for use by another student the following school year, you can track that!
Here's how:
In the Patron Module, Find the student's record.
Highlight the item that is being kept.
In the Functions menu, select Items - Re-Assign
To change the student, click on the Find button (binoculars) next to the student field. Use the De-Select button to remove the current student, then highlight and Select the new student.
Double check all info on the screen. When it is correct, click the Save button.
Note: The selected Circulation Pattern will control what fields are displayed. For example, the DRS patter will show the District, Requester, and then Student.
