DB109903 Tell Me an Ending by Jo Harkin does not exist (Scribe error) but it does exist as DBC27416. Thanks, Minnesota!
Have a great day,

To anyone at Keystone:
How should we fix this, please?
Thanks,
James

I did a reissue delete from DB109903 into DBC27416 as soon as I saw Maureen's post. Somehow we already 6 has-hads for DB109903, but I'm not sure how that's possible since it's no longer on BARD or Voyager. Maybe it was available and NLS pulled it?

- Go to the old/wrong title (DB109903), then Functions > Reissue. Choose the Title Link Type "Reissued As" or "ReissueOf" and enter the New Klas ID (DBC27416). Hit the Tab key and then the title will show up on the side.
- Leave the first two or three checkboxes checked and leave the last one (delete old copy) unchecked.
- The 'Copy subject headings to new title' checkbox will take the subjects on the old copy and overwrite what's on the new copy. Double check which record has the most subjects and keep those.
- Leave the first two or three checkboxes checked and leave the last one (delete old copy) unchecked.
- Update the old record to make the Title Status Withdrawn and delete the subjects and series. This will prevent it from being added to any Service Queues or new Dup Orders.
- Check the requests tab for any requests and change those to the correct/new KlasID
- In the Patron module, run the Reports - Items and Titles - Patrons with Queued title report.
- Enter the old/wrong KLAS ID to check
- Set the Duplication Stage to Both Queues & Orders
- If any are found, replace the title with the new version or simply delete it as appropriate
- If any are already in a Duplication Order, you will need to Cancel the order from the Functions menu
