ARGH!!! BRG titles not in NLS catalog was created by maureen
Hi there, had a bunch of BRG's not in the NLS catalog, and they had been put into a service queue and caused errors- looks like they had a file, and it was active at one point. Some of them had the status In Process, and some were active. They all have edocs.
Very confusing- but working on taking the steps to make them not do this anymore....found them at Withdrawn title: DB110886, 12 Seconds of Silence by Katy!!
Thanks,
Maureen

p.s. yes these were reported previously and I had sent them to NLS, I apologize for causing unneeded alarm !

Replied by Katharina on topic ARGH!!! BRG titles not in NLS catalog
A number of BRG titles were added by NLS and then they discovered the file was geo limited to Spain. Obviously that doesn't do anyone in the USA any good so NLS pulled the files. As they get a replacement file back from ONCE (Spain's NLS) they are making it available again.
Keystone development is working on a way to suppress titles that had an edoc at one point but then the file was pulled, and then also for it to auto-update back to being available when the file comes back. No one wants the headache of going one by one and marking 50 or 60 edocs as withdrawn and then double checking if the edocs is available again and then changing it back!
