Withdrawn title: DB110886, 12 Seconds of Silence was created by patrick20k
Another missing file report: DB110886, 12 seconds of silence : how a team of inventors, tinkerers, and spies took down a Nazi superweapon
We do not know why this file was pulled, or if NLS plans to replace it. Depending on whether or not you expect it to come back, you have a couple options for how to handle it. Whichever route you choose, make sure that it is not left in any Orders to save yourself an error at duplication.
Option 1. Withdraw the title
This is probably the quickest option, but KLAS will not be able to reverse it automatically if the file reappears. We are attempting to monitor the files, and if we learn that the file has been replaced, we'll let you all know here--but it may well fly under our radar.
With this option, KLAS may be able to automatically make this title available again if the file reappears (although, since the automatic management of missing files is still under development, I cannot guarantee it).

- In the Catalog, Update the Title Status on the BibRec to Withdrawn. Save the change.
- In the Patron module, run the Patrons with Title Queued report (under Reports - Items and Titles) for Duplication State: Both Queues and Orders.
- For any patrons on the report, delete the title from their Service Queue or cancel and remake the order without this title. If the title was added directly to the queue, you can add a Reserve for the title in case it comes back.

- In the Catalog, Update the Title Status on the BibRec to In Process. Save the change.
- On the ePackage tab, Update the ePackage to change the Status to say "deleted." Save the change.
(Note: do not attempt to actually delete the ePackage! It needs to stay there, just displaying the "deleted" Status. - In the Patron module, run the Patrons with Title Queued report (under Reports - Items and Titles) for Duplication State: Both Queues and Orders.

NLS says, "Unfortunately after this title was initially submitted to BARD it was discovered that there were significant problems with spliced and missing audio in the later chapters. We attempted to obtain corrected files from the commercial distributor, but were unsuccessful. Because of this, we removed the title from BARD." Thank you Robert for getting that info.
