Hi all,
Here in FL, when MARC records get loaded, I go to Heading Maintenance and merge the headings with no codes into existing ones. Today I found a new heading for "For Grades 3-7." We have either "For grades 3-6", or "For grades 4-7". Which way would you merge it into, the one a little below, or, a little above? I would either miss the 3rd graders, or, miss the 7th graders. Here are the books it is on: DBC17200 Hush-a-bye, and BRG04684 Meranda and the legend of the lake.
We recorded one of the books, and I would put it into the higher one, but I would love to hear some other opinions what you would do if you did not have the book in front of you!
