We've had a number of instances lately of duplication errors due to the file having been withdrawn by NLS.
The latest is DBG 17938, a Spanish language version of the Bible. We do not know why this title was Withdrawn or if it will be back.
As an alternative, the Old and New Testaments are available in Spanish as DBF 11114 and DBF 11115.
Recommended actions:
Update DBG17938 and set the Title Status to Withdrawn so it can no longer be selected for Duplication.
If you have a Gutenberg, this step is optional. You should already have a filesize of 0 on the eDoc, which renders it invalid. I recommend leaving the Title Status as Active if you suspect that a corrected version of the file will be redistributed under the same book number, or setting it to Withdrawn if you think that's unlikely.
Check DBG17938's Requests tab (Ctrl-1) and replace any outstanding Requests or Reserves with DBF 11114 and DBF 11115 (or contact the patrons to offer the alternative).
In the Patron module, run the Items and Titles - Patrons with Queued Title report to find anyone with DBG17938 in their Service Queue and/or a Pending Order, and replace it or contact the patron as above.
Finally, if you encounter a newly Withdrawn title, please report it here on the Forums to give everyone a heads-up!
