Withdrawn Title: DB122441 was created by patrick20k
It appears that DB122441 Life's too short : a memoir has been pulled from Gutenberg devices, making it Withdrawn. In this case, the eDoc will be given a 0 filesize and the title will be treated as not having an eDoc, but that doesn't automatically remove the title from any orders it has gotten into already.
The file is still available for Scribe libraries, but it was likely pulled from Gutenberg due to problems with the file, so we do not recommend continuing to circulate it.
We do not know at this time if an updated version of the file is forthcoming, but since it is a new title just added to the catalogs this month, I think it is likely.
What to do about it:

What to do about it:
- Use the Patrons with Queued Title report (patron module - reports - items and titles) to find any patrons with this title in their Service Queue or in a pending Duplication Order. Remove it from any queues, and cancel any Dup Orders and remake them without this title.
- If the title was already a Reserve, the Reserve can stay in place. If it was added directly to the patron's queue, you can add it as a Reserve instead. This will ensure that the patron gets the title if a new file becomes available.
- Set the Title Status to "Withdrawn"
- (Optional) Mark the OPAC Suppressed checkbox

Two things:
1. The Withdrawn Titles link is broken, it leads to an error message
2. Do Scribe users need to delete the Edoc?
Thanks,
James

1. Thank you for letting me know!! The link is now fixed.
2. Nope! If a replacement file is added, the old edoc will point right to it. However, if you prefer to delete the edoc, you can do so once all Service Queue lines for the title are removed, and no Dup Orders including the title are pending or In Circulation.
