how to print Purchase Orders to pdf? was created by elomax
Is there a way to print a purchase order, or material request, etc., directly to .pdf? I see a "print to file" function but haven't gotten it to work yet. Thanks folks!

To print directly to a PDF you first need to have a PDF printer installed on your computer. We have suggested Cute PDF as a good free PDF write but your system may have on they like too. Once you have a PDF writer installed on your computer then you just need to select the PDF writer as the printer and it will create the PDF.

The IT guy installed an app called "Paperless Printer". It works perfectly! :)
