Some downloads not working from WEBOPAC was created by dylcalhoon
Good afternoon,
We seem to be running into problems downloading some of the books produced by other states through the webopac. We've had a few that get this error:
"Your download failed. Code:Receiver / Error:An error was detected while executing the Web Service request. (10893) / Actor:"
Titles that haven't been working:
DBM 1090/ SMA01090
DBM 685/ SMA00685
DBU04748/ SUT04748
Has anybody else ran into this? Thanks.

Does it have to do with the server change? We have been getting complaints about the OPAC just plain not working...

Yup, it's part of the whole issue with our SAN dying on Monday and having to get everyone moved over to a new server. We are working on getting all customer OPACs back up, and getting the SHELF downloads back up is on our list as well.
