	I have been creating a text file each month but keep the genres to help enter requests that come on the paper forms, especially for patrons who select every title under a specific genre. But for this process, having just the numbers work.

	I converted all of my department of corrections patrons to the audio version immediately. The prison ADA department provides each facility library with one hard copy printed from the NLS website. General public seems more resistant to the audio version.

	Audio edition & auto-select.  I especially emphasize that we can send 100+ books at a time to choose from.  It also seems to help to remind patrons that auto-select doesn't prevent them from placing an order and having it go right to the top of the list.
