This one was new to me... have you ever taken a look at Profile Summary?
Opened from the Functions - Patron Menu, this screen includes a summary of information from both the Profile tab and the Preferences tab for whichever patron record is showing in the main module.
This will come in handy if you're moving through a query set or your RSQueue to check on Patron Service Queues. All the info you need "at a glance" about the patron's service preferences--including their service type (such as Nightly Auto or On Demand), preferences, & exclusions--is all right there, and will keep up with you as you move from record to record.
