PIMMS FAQ - Error / Resend reports

  • Machine Errors, indicate the machine is not in PIMMS - email Jordan Conner at Data Management and get the machine added in, then process as normal.
  • Name Field Errors - most likely a conflict between the Patron Type and the Individual checkbox. Check to see if that checkbox is checked/unchecked to coordinate with the patron type.
  • Email Field Errors - check for typos that invalidate the email address. If there should be no email address, delete the Contact Preference labeled DefEM first before deleting the listing for the email.
  • Errors for suspended/withdrawn patrons. These probably shouldn't be sent to PIMMS. Please contact Keystone to investigate / turn off the resend for these transactions. (We should have a fix for this that will be applied to everyone's system in the near future)
